Abstract
Lecture for Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey, describing Czech constitutional judiciary and then analyzing the specifics of proclaiming uncostitutionality of constitutional acts, i.e. conflicts with material core of constitution, and its influence to Czech integration to EU; realized in the project „Material Core of Constitution – an Eternal Obstacle to EU Integration?“
