Abstract

Autor tohoto příspěvku rozhodl zabývat právní úpravou teleworkingu v slovenské a polské právní úpravě, přičemž se bude snažit zjištěné poznatky aplikovat v podmínkách české právní úpravy. Bude potřeba reflektovat i úpravu tohoto pojmu na evropské úrovni, především pak bude nutné zmínit význam rámcové dohody o práci na dálku pro českou právní úpravu.

Abstract (in English)

Author of this article has decided to deal with a legal regulation of teleworking in the Slovakian and the Polish legislature. Then he will try to use his discovered knowledge in the Czech legal conditions. It will be neccessary to take into consideration the legal regulation of this topic on the European level, especially it will be important to notice an importance of the Framework Agreement on Telework for the Czech legislature.
