Abstract

Hlavním tématem této publikace je lidový oděv na Moravě a zvláště na Valašsku. Hodnotí se v ní písemné i obrazové prameny ke studiu lidového oděvu na Moravě od konce 18. století. Jsou v ní načrtnuty obrysy vývoje tohoto oděvu a typologie oděvních součástek a vnitřní diferenciace krojových typů vzniklá různým sociálním postavením jejich nositelů a užitím k různým příležitostem, jako byl pracovní proces, rodinné a výroční obřady a slavnosti.

Abstract (in English)

The main theme of this publication is traditional clothing in Moravia and particularly in the region Wallachia. It assesses written and pictorial sources of the study of folk costume in Moravia from the late 18th century onwards. The article outlines the development of traditional clothing and typology of its parts, as well as the inner differentiation of the types of folk costumes rooted in the social status of their wearers and their use on different occasions such as work, family and annual celebrations and festivals.
