Im Vortrag wurden zwei verschiedene Rechtsgebiete behandelt. Zuerst wurde das tschechische Immobilienrecht vorgestellt. Dann wurde das Leistungstörungsrecht im GEKR zusammenfassend erörtert und diskutiert.

The first part of the paper deals with the law on immovables in the Czech legal order. The second part is focused on some questions of the liability of defects in the CESL.
