Abstract
We presented a new image analysis method for determining in which part of a cell nucleus a gene locus is, in relation to its "parental" chromosome territory. The method is robust and does not rely on selecting an arbitrary threshold for the territory segmentation.

Prezentovali jsme metody analýzy obrazu pro určování pozice genového lokusu v jádře buňky, ve vztahu k "mateřskému" chromozomovému teritoriu. Metoda je robustní a nezávisí na arbitrárně určeném prahu pro segmentaci teritoria.
