Abstract

V současné době vzrůstá počet dětí, které mají nadváhu nebo obezitu. Příčinou je především špatná životospráva a nedostatečná pohybová aktivita. V příspěvku se zaměříme na problematiku metabolického syndromu a implementaci tohoto tématu do předmětu výchova ke zdraví. Budeme prezentovat výsledky obsahové analýzy, zaměřené na problematiku metabolického syndromu, vzdělávacího oboru Výchova ke zdraví Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání (RVP ZV), dále výsledky obsahové analýzy nejnovější učebnice výchovy ke zdraví a také odborné publikace Výchova ke zdraví, která shrnuje základní témata výchovy ke zdraví a je určena pedagogům základních škol.

Abstract (in English)

Currently, an increasing number of children who are overweight or obese. The cauce is the wrong diet and the ack of physical activity. This text is focused on the issue of metabolic syndrome and implementation of this topic in the subject of health education. We present the results of the content analysis, focusing on metabolic syndrome, educational field Health Education Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education (FEP), the results of the content analysis of health education textbooks and professional publications Health Education, which summarizes the basic themes of education health and is intended for teachers of primary schools.
