Abstract

Trestná činnost, která je spojena se sexuální stránkou lidského života, je v naší společnosti velmi citlivým tématem. Trestné činy tohoto charakteru totiž na obětech zanechávají nepříjemné, většinou trvalé, následky, jednak v jeho osobnosti, tak i na tělesném zdraví. Autorka se ve svém příspěvku pokusí popsat méně typický, avšak reálný případ možného spáchání trestného činu sexuálního nátlaku ze strany přívrženců životního směru naturismu. Tento případ na první pohled výše uvedené následky sice nenese, avšak jeho trestně právní aspekty a důsledky mohou být pro orgány činné v trestním řízení velmi významné a společnost škodlivé.

Abstract (in English)

Crime, which is connected with a sexual aspect of human life in our society is a very sensitive issue. Namely crimes of this nature leave on the victims annoying, usually lasting consequences, both in his personality and also on their physical health. The author in his paper attempts to describe less typical, but the real case of a possible criminal offense of sexual coercion from the side of followers of the life direction of naturism. At the first sight this case does not bear the above given results but its criminal aspects and consequences may be for the authorities active in criminal proceedings very significant and damaging for the society.
