Abstract

Konference byla zaměřena na prevenci syndromu stáří. Odborné přednášky na téma: syndrom stáří a jeho prevence, prevence osteoporózy, doplňky stravy po seniory, význam pohybu v životě seniorů, prevence metabolického syndromu, osobní bezpečí seniorů a zahradní terapie a její využití u seniorů.

Abstract (in English)

The conference was aimed at preventing the syndrome of old age. Lectures on the topic: old age syndrome and its prevention, prevention of osteoporosis, supplements for seniors, the importance of movement in the life of the elderly, prevention of metabolic syndrome, the personal safety of seniors and garden therapy and its use in the elderly.
