Das 18. Jahrhundert bringt einen enormen Aufschwung von Musik und Theater mit sich, es ist eine Zeit der großen stilistischen und funktionellen Veränderungen. Die Forschung dazu gewinnt in den letzten Jahren immer mehr an Aufmerksamkeit.
