Purpose: The issue of deep stabilization system has been a hot topic for several years. In the case of weakened muscles joints and spine are overburdened and it leads to back pain, instability in the lumbar spine, muscle dysbalances when the external muscles work instead of muscles of deep stabilization system that leads to their overloading. In the past, people's muscles automatically engage in the activities during physical work, walking on uneven terrain, climbing trees. Recently the amount of physical activity is constantly decreasing across the population and also the number of children with bad posture is increasing. For this reason it is necessary these natural balance movements substitute with using different balancing aids. Due to the fact that the correction of incorrect movement stereotypes or bad posture is very difficult and in the case of already existing degenerative changes even impossible, it is advisable to prevent these problems and begin to have their prevention in children. With the expansion of balance aids (overball, fitball, bosu) in primary and secondary schools can strengthen muscles deep stabilization system easier and at the same hour of physical education may be for pupils and students enjoyable. Methods: The required information was obtained through the study of literature with the topic of deep stabilization system. Results: On the basis of information concerning the deep stabilization system, the specificity of each age period, we created a stack of balance exercises using equipment (Bosu, overball, fitball) and exercises in pairs. Exercises are divided according to each age period and by difficulty. Conclusions: The first part contains theoretical knowledge of the deep stabilization system, posture, balance exercises and the development of school-age children. In the second half there are specific examples of physical education lesson focused on the proper functioning of the deep stabilization system enriched by photographs.
