Abstract

Kultura a umění přestávají být prostředky duchovního a mravního života společnosti i každého jednotlivce. Přestaly být inspirativním zdrojem v podobě následování hodných idejí a vzorů. Proměňují se naopak v něco, co spíše potlačuje vzlet tvůrčího ducha člověka. Člověk by se proto měl stále znovu a znovu zamýšlet nad skutečnou hodnotou či smyslem své existence nebo alespoň zůstat ve svém myšlení, pokud možno, střízlivý i trochu kritický. Je třeba ovšem vždycky rozlišovat mezi rozumovostí, tedy strohou, nelidskou racionalitou, vlastní takzvanému intelektu šelmy, a rozumností, oplývající parametry lidskosti, vstřícností a slušností, neboť se vyznačuje hodnotami humánního intelektu.

Abstract (in English)

Arts and culture cease to be a means of spiritual and moral life of society and individuals. Ceased to be a source of inspiration in the form of follow worthy ideas and designs. On the contrary, transform into something rather suppresses takeoff creative spirit of man. One should therefore again and again to reflect on the true value and meaning of his existence, or at least remain in their thinking, if possible, sober and somewhat critical. It should, however, always distinguish between rationality, that is austere, inhuman rationality, the so-called intellect own beast, and in understanding, flowing parameters of humanity, friendliness and grace, as characterized by the values of human intellect.
