Abstract
Česká republika stojí v současnosti před úkolem reformovat civilní proces. Práce reaguje na toto aktuální téma; na základě rozboru současného stavu českého civilního procesu se snaží načrtnout podobu, kterou by měl mít moderní civilní proces. Jednotlivé prvky moderního civilního procesu nejsou zkoumány nahodile, ale mají být projevem tzv. sociální koncepce civilního procesu.
Abstract (in English)
The Czech Republic is currently faced with the task of reforming civil procedure. The work reacts to the current topic; based on analysis of the current state of the Czech civil procedure seeks to outline form, which should have a modern civil procedure. The individual elements of the modern civil process are not examined in isolation, but as part of the so-called social concept of civil procedure.
