Abstract
We described negative correlation between Myb and msan/rdx expression in human breast carcinoma cell line. we hypothesize that decreased expression of the ERM proteins by c-Myb might contribute to growth suppression and limited capacity of the myb-overexpressing breast tumors to form site-selective metastases.
