Abstract

V práci je podrobně popsána problematika multikomponentní klasické analýzy v přesně určených a přeurčených systémech tří složek. Teoretické poznatky třísložkové analýzy a výběru vlnových délek jsou aplikovány na praktické spektrofotometrické multikomponentní stanovení obsahu syntetických potravinářských barviv ve vybraných vzorcích sirupů a instantního nápoje a to jak v přesně určených, tak v přeurčených systémech. Vzhledem k běžné dostupnosti analyzovaných nápojů je možné provádět stanovení i v laboratorních cvičeních z analytické chemie.

Abstract (in English)

The problems of the multicomponent analysis in determined and over determined systems of three components are described in this work. Theoretical knowledge of the three-componental analysis and the choose of wavelengths are applied on the practical spectrophotometric multicomponent determination of the synthetic food dyes content in chosen samples of sirups and instant drink in determined and over determined systems. With respect to the accessibility of the analysed drinks is possible to execute these determinations also in laboratory trainings from analytical chemistry.
