Abstract
The contribution was focused on the current problems of higher education in the context of the freedom to provide services and freedom of establishment. This problem is quite specific for Slovak, Polish and Czech Republic and is concerning the Slovak or Polish university diplomas acquired by Czech students studying in the Czech republic on institutions approved under the Slovak or Polish law. The contribution dealt with possible consequences under the EU law, especially with the duty of the Czech institutions to recognize such qualification as equivalent to the Czech one.
