Abstract
Léčba karcionumu rekta je komplexní proces, který vyžaduje multimodální přístup těchto oborů: chirurgie, radioterapie, systémová léčba a podpůrná terapie.
Abstract (in English)
Short-course preoperative radiotherapy is widely used in Europe for locally advanced resectable rectal cancer. Its ability to control (low risk) does not seem to be different from that of conventional long-courses chemoradiation therapy, althoug the latter may be associated with greather toxicity.
