Abstract

Rada Evropy podporuje učení se cizím jazykům, aby bylo dosaženo větší mobility a porozumění mezi občany jednotlivých zemí Evropské unie. Pro učící se a vyučující, kteří se věnují cizím jazykům, byl vytvořen rámec, který popisuje a doporučuje určité postupy při učení se jazykům, při jejich výuce a při měření a hodnocení výsledků těchto činností. Základem pro hodnocení a popis ovládání cizích jazyků se staly referenční úrovně, které jsou z hlediska vzdělávací politiky vnímány jako směrodatné, z hlediska praktické výuky jsou někdy jen stěží uchopitelné. Cílem textu je shrnujícím způsobem objasnit, jak lze tyto myšlenky implementovat do výuky.

Abstract (in English)

The Council of Europe supports the learning of foreign languages in order to achieve greater mobility and understanding between the citizens of the countries of the European Union. For learners and teachers who are interested in foreign languages, created a framework that describes and recommends certain practices in language learning, in their teaching and in measuring and evaluating the results of these activities. The basis for the assessment and description of the operation of foreign languages have become reference levels in terms of educational policy perceived as authoritative, in terms of practical training are sometimes difficult to grasp. The text aims to provide a summary clarify how these ideas can be implemented into teaching.
