Cílem studijního textu je vymezit základní zaměření soudobé pedagogiky sportu, ukázat její postavení v systému věd a představit její vnitřní strukturu. Text stručně charakterizuje základní paradigmata pedagogiky sportu, především její normativní a empirické zaměření. Důležitým cílem předloženého stručného studijního textu je také přiblížit základní informační zdroje pedagogiky sportu.

The aim of the presented study material is to define the basic focus of the contemporary sport pedagogy, its position in the system of the science and the current internal structure of the sport pedagogy. The text briefly defines the fundamental paradigms of the sport pedagogy, particularly its normative and empirical focus. An important objective of the presented brief study text is to explain the basic information sources of the sport pedagogy.
