Abstract
Předložený studijní materiály popisuje základní techniku plaveckých způsobů znak a motýlek. V odstavcích jednotlivých plaveckých způsobů jsou popsány i jednotlivé plavecké chyby. V textu je popsána také znaková kyvadlová obrátka a start. Text je doplněn o videosekvence (videozáznamy) nad hladinou i pod hladinou. Vědomosti nabyté studiem tohoto materiálu můžete otestovat pomocí testové baterie.

Abstract

Předložený studijní materiály popisuje základní techniku plaveckých způsobů znak a motýlek. V odstavcích jednotlivých plaveckých způsobů jsou popsány i jednotlivé plavecké chyby. V textu je popsána také znaková kyvadlová obrátka a start. Text je doplněn o videosekvence (videozáznamy) nad hladinou i pod hladinou. Vědomosti nabyté studiem tohoto materiálu můžete otestovat pomocí testové baterie.

Submitted teaching materials describe basic backstroke and butterfly stroke swimming techniques. In the paragraphs on specific swimming techniques there are also described typical problems and errors. This text also includes description of backstroke tumble turn and start. Text is accompanied by sequences of video on and under the surface. Provided test battery helps to test the acquired knowledge at the end of this course.
