Abstract

Hlavním cílem tohoto předmětu je poskytnout studentům praktické dovednosti v oblasti mechanoterapie. V průběhu Aplikované fyzikální terapie I se budeme zabývat mechanoterapií, a to konkrétně výukou klasických masáží. Díky těmto dovednostem by se měl student co nejvíce soustředit na umění palpace, a to jak povrchové, tak hluboké. Výuka se neskládá pouze z memorování skupin masážních hmatů, ale i z praktické diferenciace jednotlivých měkkých tkání a schopnosti palpačního vyšetření. Tento praktický předmět jde ruku v ruce s teoreticky zaměřenou Fyzikální terapií I. Předměty se vzájemně doplňují, a proto je důležitá vazba mezi nimi.

Abstract (in English)

This course should provide students mainly with practical skills in the area of mechanotherapy. This course Applied physical therapy I focuses on mechanotherapy, especially classical massages. The main emphasis will be placed on palpation, both superficial and deep. The course consists not only of memorizing massage touch and techniques but also of practising differentiation of individual soft tissues and palpation or „hands-on“ examination. This practical course complements and goes hand in hand with a theoretical course Physical therapy I.
