Abstract

Předložený materiál obsahuje základní pravidla, která se uplatňují při atletických závodech ve víceboji. Studenti FSpSMU absolvují víceboj, jenž se skládá z následujících disciplín: překážkový běh 110m – muži, 100m – ženy, skok do dálky, vrh koulí, skok do výšky a běh na 1500m – muži, 800m – ženy. Pozornost je rovněž věnována didaktickému postupu při tréninku a nácviku techniky výše uvedených atletických disciplín.

Abstract (in English)

Submitted material includes basic rules of athletics multi-event competitions. Students of FSpS MU participate in the multi-event competition consisting of hurdle race (men – 110m, women – 100m), long jump, high jump, shot put and run (men – 1500m, women – 800m). A special attention is also paid to didactics process used during the training of the above mentioned disciplines.
