Obsahem této elektronické výukové publikace je charakteristika plavání a popis plaveckého způsobu prsa, kraul a dále techniky startů a obrátek.

Abstract (in English)

Publication is intended for Bachelor´s degree students. Material consists of 6 chapters and test questions. This e-learning material includes 6 videos, 32 images (photos, graphs, schemes and tables). This electronic teaching material provides characteristics of swimming and description of breaststroke and freestyle and of the techniques of start and turns.
