Abstract
Předložená práce přináší informace ohledně stravování civilních osob a vojáků z povolání. Dotazníkovou metodou byly zjišťovány stravovací zvyklosti civilních a vojenských zaměstnanců a studentů Vysoké vojenské školy pozemního vojska ve Vyškově v České republice. U osob zahrnutých do tohoto průzkumu byly změřeny základní antropometrické parametry, jako jsou tělesná hmotnost, tělesná výška, z uvedených hodnot byl vypočítán body mass index (BMI). Dále tyto osoby odpovídaly na otázky týkající se jejich stravovacích zvyklostí v anonymním dotazníku.
Abstract (in English)
There was carried out the survey of eating habits of professional soldiers and civilian employees of the Military University of Ground Forces in Vyškov (Czech Republic). The goal of the survey was to find out whether employees of the Czech Army have proper eating habits and whether they follow the principles of correct nutrition when choosing food. Data regarding eating habits were obtained by questionnaire that was compiled by the Department of economics and nutrition hygiene of the Military University of Ground Forces. A survey included students of the Military University, Economics of Defence of the republic (33 respondents), their teachers – soldiers (32 respondents) and civilian employees (20 respondents). Basic anthropometric parameters were surveyed on the respondents: body weight, stature, body mass index (BMI) was calculated from these values. The objective of the measurements was to explore whether respondents have a normal body weight or whether they are obese on certain scale, or if there is even a risk of malnutrition. Furthermore, anonymous questionnaire regarding eating habits was submitted them to complete. It was concluded from measurements that the majority of respondents has a normal body weight and the eating habits, from the point of the number of servings throughout the day, are good. Deficiencies have been found in the number of fruit and vegetables portions consumed during the day.
