Publikace je určena studentům bakalářského studia. Materiál je strukturován do 3 kapitol a jeho součástí jsou kontrolní otázky. Tento e-learningový materiál obsahuje 20 videí, 2x obrazovou dokumentaci (fotografie, grafy, schémata a tabulky). Obsahem této elektronické výukové publikace je/jsou podrobné informace o atletických disciplínách, skoku vysokém, a vrhu koulí, jejich technice, pravidlech a zásadách a rovněž o bezpečnosti při organizaci hodiny.

Abstract (in English)

Publication is intended for Bachelor´s degree students. Material consists of 3 chapters and test questions. This e-learning material includes 20 videos, 2 images (photos, graphs, schemes and tables). This electronic teaching material provides detailed information on athletics disciplines - high jump and shot put - their technique, rules and principles and safety measures during the lesson.
