Abstract

Publikace je určena studentům bakalářského studia. Materiál je strukturován do 4 kapitol a jeho součástí jsou kontrolní otázky. Tento e-learningový materiál obsahuje 8x obrazovou dokumentaci (fotografie, grafy, schémata a tabulky), 10 videí. Obsahem této elektronické výukové publikace je úvod do problematiky funkčního tréninku a prohloubení povědomí o strečinku.

Abstract (in English)

Publication is intended for Bachelor´s degree students. Material consists of 4 chapters and test questions. This e-learning material includes 8 images (photos, graphs, schemes and tables) and 10 videos. This electronic teaching material provides introduction to functional training and improvement of the knowledge of stretching.
