Abstract |
---|
V jednotlivých kapitolách se věnujeme cíli a zásadám rozcvičení, struktuře rozcvičení, zařazení kloubně – mobilizačních, zpevňovacích a koordinačních cvičení do rozcvičení, neopomíjíme ani posilovací a protahovací cvičení. Součástí většiny kapitol je zásobník daných cvičení doplněný terminologickým popisem. Důležitou část tvoří videoukázky různých forem rozcvičení (gymnastické, aerobní, úpolové, taneční, jógové), které by měly sloužit čtenářům jako „odrazový můstek“ a inspirace do výuky. |
Abstract (in English) |
---|
The individual chapters have been focused on objectives and principles of warming up, structure of warming up, inclusion of joints - mobilization, coordination and strenghten exercises to warm up, we do not neglect strengthen and stretching exercises. Part of most chapters of the tray exercises completes description of the terminology. The important part forms the screencast of various forms of warm-up (gymnastics, aerobics, martial, dance, yoga), which should serve readers as a "springboard" and inspiration in teaching. |
