Abstract

(Ne)kvalifikovanost učitelů není vždy chápána ve správném slova smyslu. Zaměňovány jsou pojmy kvalifikovanost a aprobovanost. Proto v českém školství je nedostatek učitelů v oborech jako je chemie či fyzika, i když současně existuje část absolventů fakult připravujících učitele, kteří nezískají místo ve školství. Jak čelit tomuto stavu? Bylo by vhodné vytvořit nabídku studia učitelství v oborové struktuře, která odpovídá potřebám regionů, v oborech s největším počtem neaprobovaných učitelů v regionu nabízet studium v kombinované formě, podporovat studium dalšího oboru v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání učitelů např. příbuzných oborů. Nebo využít možnosti létajících učitelů.

Abstract (in English)

(No) qualification of teachers is not always understood in the proper sense of the word. They confused the concepts of teaching competence and approbation. Therefore, in the Czech education system is the lack of teachers in fields such as chemistry or physics, although currently there are graduates of the faculties preparing teachers who do not receive a place in school. How to face this state? We should create an offer of teacher training in the branch structure which corresponds to the needs of the regions; in fields with the greatest number of unqualified teachers in the region to offer a study program in combined form; to encourage further studies in the field of lifelong learning for teachers in related branch. Or use the possibility of flying teachers.
