Abstract
V originále
A pencil graphite electrode (PeGE) modified by copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) was prepared to determine adenine. The results indicated that modification of PeGE by Cu NPs exhibits an enhancement in the oxidation peak current with a positive shift of the peak potential, in contrast to that observed on original PeGEs at pH ranges from 3.0 to 8.0 investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The simplicity and sensitivity of the modified electrode promises the probability of the detection of electroactive biomolecules.
