Abstract

Učební texty se zabývají problematikou cvičení a her s overballem, které jsou určené pro děti mladšího školního věku. Primárně slouží jako metodický materiál pro učitele prvního stupně základních škol, který lze využít v hodinách tělesné výchovy. Čerpat z nich mohou také lektoři pohybových kroužků, rodiče a studenti. Texty obsahují část teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část přináší zásobník třiceti cviků a dvaceti her s využitím overballu, který doprovází fotografie.

Abstract (in English)

Instructional texts dealing with issues of practice and games with overballs which are designed for primary school children. Mainly used as a methodical material for teachers of first grade of primary schools and can be used in physical education classes. Instructional texts can be also used by tutors of motion activities, parents and students. Texts include theoretical and practical part. The practical part contains list of thirty exercises and twenty games with usage of overball and is accompanied with photographs.
