Abstract
Teacher creativity is essential for development of students’ creativity. Within project PROFILES we discovered that an effective method of development of science teacher creativity is a training of teachers in implementation of IBSE. Styles of teacher creativity were studied using Kirton’s Adaptation-Innovation Inventory.

Učitelská kreativita je základem pro rozvoj studentské kreativity. V rámci projektu PROFILES jsme zkoumali efektivní metodu pro rozvoj učitelské kreativity, kterou je vzdělávání učitelů v implementaci IBSE. Styly učitelské kreativity byly studovány pomocí Kirtonova adaptivně- inovátorského testu.
