Pri postuplenii rebenka v obrazovatel'nuju organizaciju zhelatel'no zapolnenie roditeljami «Dorozhnoj karty bi- lingva» (RoMBic. URL: http://www.globalpage.ru/romb/). Dannye oprosa roditelej ispol'zujutsja dlja vyjavlenija prichin nedostatochnoj sbalansirovannosti ili nevladenija vospitannikom pis'mennoj (i) ili ustnoj formoj odnogo iz rodnyh jazykov. Opros pedagogov vazhen dlja korrektirovki dannyh, poluchennyh iz oprosa roditelej i sbora informacii o mate- rialah i metodikah, ispol'zovannyh pri obuchenii bilingvov i sposobstvujushhih, naprimer, otrabotke «perekljuchenija kodov» raznyh tipov v kommunikacii. Zatem pedagogom v prisutstvii (doshkol'niki) ili v otsutstvii (shkol'niki) rodi- telej provoditsja testirovanie na nalichie i uroven' sbalansirovannosti estestvennogo bilingvizma; pri jetom osoboe vnimanie udeljaetsja sbalansirovannosti «perekljuchenija kodov», kak jazykovyh, rechevyh, tak i jetnokul'turnyh. Po nashim nabljudenijam, sbalansirovannost' «perekljuchenija kodov» svidetel'stvuet o sbalansirovannosti estestvennogo bilin- gvizma i o vysokom integracionnom potenciale rebenka. Testy dlja bilingvov v vozraste ot treh let predlagaet Elabuzh- skij institut Kazanskogo federal'nogo universitet.

When a child starts going to school it is desirable that his/her parents should fill in "A road map of a bilingual" (RoMBic. – URL: http://www.globalpage.ru/romb/). The data taken from the parents’ questionnaires are used for identification of the reasons for their children's non-balanced bilingualism or imperfect acquisition of written and/or oral speech in one of the native languages. The data extracted from teachers' questionnaires are important for checking the data obtained from parents' questionnaires and in order to collect information about the materials and techniques used for training bilingual kids and promoting, for example, working off of "code switching" in communication. Then the teacher tests preschool children at the presence of their parents, school students are tested without their parents. The goal of the tests is to find out if the children's natural bilingualism is balanced; special attention is paid to the balance of "code switching", both linguistic and ethnocultural. According to our observations, balanced "code switching" reflects balanced natural bilingualism and high integration potential of the child. The tests for bilingual kids (from 3 years old) have been provided by Yelabuga Institute of the Kazan Federal University.
