Theoretical part explains calculation of phase diagram by CALPHAD approach and calculation of surface contribution, which is important for calculation of nanoparticles phase diagrams. Experimental part deals with synthesis on nanoparticles in aqueous or non-aqueous solution with elimination of nanoparticles oxidation.
