Jedná se o recenzi anglicky psané publikace EU Environmental Law od prof. Ludwiga Krämera.

The paper deals with the review of the 7th edition of the English written publication by prof. Ludwig Krämer: EU ENVIRONMENTAL LAW. Firstly, it is analysed the preface to the publication itself, which is an interesting insight into the issues of the environmentalisation of the European law. Prof. Krämer sets out its fundamental problems, which determine the entire contents of the book; these include lack of political will at European and national level to promote EU environmental regulation, related diversity between national laws and the relationship between sustainable development and economic growth. In the main part of the paper, it is devoted a considerable attention to the scheme of the book (analysis of individual parts and chapters) and its comprehensive editing. Finally, it is noted an overall assessment of the book and there are given some recommendations for working with this publication.
