Výuková publikace je věnována výuce některých prvků algebry na základní škole a ilustruje jednu z možností přístupu k výuce tohoto poměrně náročného tématu. Využívá se grafického znázornění, animací a manipulativních činností. Rozvíjí se komunikativní dovednosti žáků a studentů tak, že využívají komunikace prostřednictvím symbolických zápisů a komunikace prostřednictvím obrázků. Rovněž je poukázáno na souvislosti mezi aritmetikou, algebrou a geometrií. Výuková pomůcka je primárně určena pro studenty předmětů PdF:MA2MP_PDM2 Didaktika matematiky 2, PdF:MA2MP_SDM2 Seminář z didaktiky matematiky 2, PdF:MA3DC_KDM4 Didaktika matematiky 4.

Textbook is focused on teaching the selected elements of algebra in elementary school and demonstrate one teaching method of this rather demanding topic. It is used the graphical representation, animation and manipulative activities. Communication skills of students are developed by using communication through symbolic listings and images. It is also pointed out to the connection among arithmetic, algebra and geometry.
