Paper investigates NPIs´ reactions to the distinctive changes of the economic environment in the 2008 – 2013 when Czech republic were relatively strongly affected by the crisis. In this article we focus on structure of NPI funding resources changes on a specific area of public social services. Statistical data and our research have showed that Czech NPI were not significantly affected by the economic crisis. The only exceptions can be found in a development of the volume of donations from abroad. It is also evident that non-profit institutions in the analyzed period did not incline to greater use of commercial sources. Potentially lost resources have been substituted by the private philanthropy, or other types of resources, but not by the commercialization of its activities.

Příspěvek zkoumá reakci neziskových organizací v letech 2008 - 2013, kdy česká republika byla relativně silně postižena krizi. V tomto článku jsme se zaměřili na změny ve struktuře zdrojů financování neziskových organizací a to konkrétně na oblast sociálních služeb. Statistická data a náš výzkum ukázaly, že příjmy českých neziskových organizací nebyly významně postižených hospodářskou krizí. Jedinou výjimku lze nalézt ve vývoji objemu darovaných prostředků ze zahraničí - korporátních i individuálních. Také bylo zjištěno, že české neziskové organizace dávaly přednost řešením netržním v případě potenciální finanční krize. Ztracené zdroje byly neziskovými organizacemi nahrazeny dary od korporací a obyvatel České republiky, nikoliv komercializaci činností.
