Abstract
Education currently serves as a significant vehicle for socialization and acculturation based upon mutual interaction between teachers and students justified in terms of the teaching process. The education process comprises a number of factors. The research focuses on the issue of adaptation, education and integration of Russian-speaking pupils-foreigners studying at a Czech school and examines specific cultural, social and communication barriers that have arisen in including individuals from a different language background.

Edukace je v současnosti významným socializačním a akulturačním prostředkem, jež staví na vzájemné a pedagogicky odůvodněné interakci učitele a žáka. Do edukačního procesu vstupuje celá řada aspektů. Výzkum sleduje problematiku adaptace, edukace a integrace ruskojazyčných žáků-cizinců v české škole, reflektuje a zkoumá konkrétní kulturní, sociální a komunikační bariéry začleňování jedince z odlišného jazykového prostředí.
