Abstract
The paper deals with the impact of divorce of parents on the flourishing of elementary school pupils. This paper is conceptualized as the one individual study of correlates that can affect the school adaptation of pupils whose parents divorced recently. The main aim of this paper was to make lay-public people, teachers, and scientist alike to pay attention to nontraditional ways of gathering research data. We used no traditional questionnaires or behavioral scales. Only qualitative data were collected (through semistructured interview). Results show that the behavior of people who ignited divorce (parents) toward the pupil is the most important factor of flourishing at school.
