Abstract
Flow phenomenon is multidimenzional concept whose main attribute is time relevant factor. Currently the most studied theory of flow is described by Jackson and Eklund (2004). Time perspective could be described as a tendency to be biased toward one time zone and neglect the others. People can be biased toward past (positive and negative), present (hedonistic and fatalistic) or and future (future and transcendental future). This paper deals mainly with behavioural characteristics of each of them and describes time perspective related attributes in the context of currently used scales and questionnaires. The main aim of this papaer is to show the interconnection between both of these constructs. Recent studies and scholar papers dealing with time are discussed in the context of our everyday behavior, flow and time perspective in teh context of time.
