Abstract

Mezi spácháním trestného činu a jeho zjištěním může uběhnout poměrně dlouhá doba. Jako významnou osobu považujeme osobu svědka, jakožto osoby nezastupitelné svým významem.

There can be a quite long time between commited crime and its disclosure. The role of witness is irrepreaceable.
