Cílem této práce je porovnání akomodačně vergenčních vlastností oka pro dva základní typy refrakčních vad – myopie a hypermetropie. Odlišnosti se mohou projevovat např. v rozsahu akomodačního intervalu, v akomodační šíři nebo v AC/A poměru. Přitom na hodnoty vynaložené akomodace a konvergence může působit i typ korekce, který je použit při korekci jednotlivých refrakčních vad.

In English

The aim of this study is to compare the accommodative - vergence properties of the eye for two basic types of refractive errors - myopia and hyperopia. Differences occur in accommodative interval, accommodative amplitude, in AC / A ratio. The value of the expended accommodation and convergence is influenced by the type of correction that is used to correct of refractive errors.
