N2 - This conference contribution presented a project which implemented the Flipped Classroom teaching approach in the course Organization Theory with the aim to assess students’ learning facilitation and engagement and to reveal their studying patterns. Results are based on analysis of data from Youtube, a learning management platform Fronter and on students’ survey. Flipped Classroom learning/teaching appears to be an effective and efficient way of learning/teaching, both for students and for lecturers. This way of teaching definitely brings more time for interactions among students and between students and lecturers as well as for more personalised/individualized approach to students’ studying needs.
