Abstract

Autor přítomné studie se zabývá obecnými problémy existence genologie jako literárněvědné disciplíny a konstatuje její krizi. Podle něho je způsobena rozevírajícími se nůžkami narůstání genologické teorie a fenomenologie a problematikou sepětí metodologie a terminologie, na což by mohl odpovědět normativní slovník generální genologie, žánrová systematika a autorské označování žánrů. Žánrová disperznost souvisí s estetickým stavem současné literatury v postpostmoderním období. Obnova zájmu o literární žánry často anticipuje nový rozmach literatury, jenž možná stojí ante portas.

Abstract (in English)

The author of the present study deals with the general problems of the existence of genre studies (genology) as a discipline of literary criticism and states its crisis. According to him, it is caused by the opening scissors of the enlargement of general genre theory and phenomenology and the problems of the relation between methodology and terminology which could be answered by a normative dictionary of general genology, genre systematics and auctorial designation of genres. The genre dispersion is connected with the aesthetic state of contemporary literature in postpostmodernist period. The renewal of the interest in literary genres often anticipates a new growth of literature which may stand ante portas.
