Abstract

Kniha se zabývá kontraktačním procesem od nadpisu smlouvy až po její podpis, a to včetně předsmluvní fáze. Autorka navrhuje znění smluvních doložek, uvádí relevantní judikaturu a nevynechává také problémové otázky a doporučení pro smluvní strany.

Abstract (in English)

The book deals with Contractual process from contract signing until after its signing, including the pre-contractual phase. The author proposes the wording of contractual clauses, according to the relevant case law and omitting also problematic questions and recommendations to the Parties.
