Abstract
V příspěvku jsou vymezeny tacitní znalosti a uvedeny atributy od kterých se tacitní znalosti liší od explicitních. Na tacitní znalost je nahlíženo skrze subjektivní pojetí výuky studenta učitelství a subjektivního pojetí výuky jeho vzdělavatele. Kde je následně zjišťováno jaká tacitní znalost je mezi nimi sdílena. Po té je představena metodologie spojená s výzkumem. V poslední části jsou popsána výzkumná zjištění.

On tacit knowledge is perceived through the subjective theory of the student teacher and subjective theory of its students. Where it is subsequently ascertained what tacit knowledge is shared between them. After this is introduced the methodology associated with the research. In the last part it is introduced the research findings.
