Abstract

Das Buch bietet eine Analyse von lexikalischen Mitteln, die im Deutschen und im Tschechischen zum Ausdruck von fünf Emotionen – Freude, Trauer, Ärger, Angst und Liebe – dienen oder auf diese Emotionen sprachlich Bezug nehmen. Das Autorenteam stellt aufgrund von Wörterbuch- und Korpusrecherchen in den einzelnen Kapiteln Mittel vor, die in bestimmten emotional gestimmten Situationen verwendet werden. Das Ziel der Publikation ist es, auf die Gemeinsamkeiten sowie Unterschiede in der Verwendung der einzelnen Mittel in beiden Sprachen hinzuweisen und somit zu einer adäquaten Versprachlichung von Emotionen in der jeweiligen Fremdsprache beizutragen.

Kniha nabízí kontrastivní analýzu lexikálních prostředků, které v němčině a češtině slouží k vyjádření a tematizování pěti emocí: radosti, smutku, hněvu, strachu a lásky. Autorský tým na základě slovníkových a korpusových rešerší představuje v jednotlivých kapitolách prostředky, které jsou používané v určitých typických emočně laděných situacích. Cílem publikace je především upozornit na shody a rozdíly v užití jednotlivých prostředků a přispět tak k adekvátní verbalizaci emocí v daném cizím jazyce.

Abstract (in English)

The publication offers a contrastive analysis of lexical means used in German and Czech to express and thematize five emotions: joy, sadness, anger, fear and love. Using dictionary-based and corpus-based research methodologies, the team of authors present means used in certain typical emotionally charged situations. The primary aim of the publication is to explore the similarities and differences in the use of individual lexical means, as well as offering a potential source of information for users seeking an adequate verbal expression of emotions in the respective languages.
