Abstract

This contribution deals with political extremism and terrorism, as a possible destabilizing element of the internal security. In this paper, there are discussed possible reasons and causes of manifestations of extremism and it is pointed out that the manifestations of extremism penetrating through the concrete structures, people in the armed forces and state administration. In conclusion, there are proposed general principles and approaches to solve this current phenomenon of our time.

Tento příspěvek pojednává o politickém extremismu a terorismu, jako o možném destabilizujícím prvku vnitřní bezpečnosti státu. V příspěvku je pojednáno o možných důvodech a příčinách projevů extremismu a je poukázáno na to, že projevy extremismu pronikají prostřednictvím konkrétních osob do struktur ozbrojených sborů a státní správy. V závěru příspěvku jsou pak navrženy obecné zásady a přístupy k řešení tohoto aktuálního fenoménu současné doby. Tento příspěvek pojednává o politickém extremismu a terorismu, jako o možném destabilizujícím prvku vnitřní bezpečnosti státu. V příspěvku je pojednáno o možných důvodech a příčinách projevů extremismu a je poukázáno na to, že projevy extremismu pronikají prostřednictvím konkrétních osob do struktur ozbrojených sborů a státní správy. V závěru příspěvku jsou pak navrženy obecné zásady a přístupy k řešení tohoto aktuálního fenoménu současné doby.
