Abstract

Léčba erektilní dysfunkce zahrnuje ve třech liniích podle doporučených postupů Evropské urologické společnosti (European Association of Urology) perorální léčbu inhibitory fosfodiesterázy 5 (PDE-5), používání podtlakových přístrojů, intrakavernózní léčbu prostaglandinem E1 a implantaci penilní protézy. Novým nefarmakologickým způsobem léčby je používání rázové vlny nízké intenzity. Nejvíce nemocných má užitek z perorální léčby inhibitory PDE-5, které jsou zastoupeny sildenafilem, tadalafilem, vardenafilem a avanafilem. Kasuistiky představují nový inhibitor PDE-5 avanafil v léčbě erektilní dysfunkce.

Abstract (in English)

Treatment of erectile dysfunction includes three lines according to the Guidelines of the European Association of Urology: PDE-5 inhibitors as oral therapy, vacuum constriction device, intracavernous injection of prostaglandin E1, and penile prosthesis. New non-pharmacological treatment is a low-intensity shock wave therapy. Most patients benefit from the treatment with oral phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors: sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, and avanafil. A new PDE-5 inhibitor avanafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction is being presented in the case reports.
