Abstract

In diesem Beitrag werden Faktoren vorgestellt, die eine berufliche Eingliederung von jungen Menschen mit Behinderung beeinflussen. Sie wurden bei mehreren Zielgruppen erhoben: Berater in den Schulen (Hilfe bei der Berufswahl), Menschen mit Behinderung (Arbeitserfahrungen), Arbeitgeber. Methoden: Die Erhebungen wurden qualitativ mit Anwendung von leitfadengestützten Interviews durchgeführt. Ergebnisse: Erfolgreiche berufliche Eingliederung von jungen Menschen mit Behinderung wird von mehreren Faktoren beeinflusst: ihrer Bereitschaft und Motivation, Bereitschaft des Arbeitsmarktes, Verfügbarkeit von Unterstützung, Einstellung des Umfelds. Barrieren gehen von der Behinderung der Menschen hervor, wesentlich ist aber auch der Zugang der Arbeitsgeber und der Gesellschaft zu Menschen mit Behinderung. Der wechselnde Arbeitsmarkt verlangt neben Kenntnissen auch bestimmte Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen. Dies muss sowohl in der Vorbereitung der Schüler als auch in der Vorbereitung ihrer (zukünftigen) Pädagogen berücksichtigt werden.

Abstract (in Czech)

V tomto příspěvku jsou představeny faktory ovlivňující pracovní začlenění mladých lidí se zdravotním postižením. Výzkumná šetření byla prováděna u několika cílových skupin: poradenští pracovníci na školách (pomoc při volbě povolání), osoby se zdravotním postižením (zkušenosti), zaměstnavatelé. Metody: kvalitativní výzkum pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky: Úspěšné profesní začlenění mladých lidí se zdravotním postižením je ovlivněno několika faktory: jejich ochotou a motivací, připraveností trhu práce, dostupností podpory, postoji okolí. Překážky jsou spojeny s postižením lidí, zásadní je však i přístup zaměstnavatelů a společnosti vůči lidem s postižením. Měnící se požadavky trhu práce vyžadují nejen znalosti, ale také určité schopnosti a dovednosti. Toto je nutné zohledňovat jak při přípravě studentů, tak při přípravě jejich (budoucích) učitelů.

Abstract (in English)

Factors affecting the vocational integration of young people with disabilities are introduced in this paper. There were several target groups in this research: consultants in schools (help in choosing a career), people with disabilities (experience), employers. Methods: Qualitative by use of semi-structured interviews. Results: Successful vocational integration of young people with disabilities is influenced by several factors: their willingness and motivation, willingness of the labour market, availability of support, attitudes in the surroundings. Barriers are connected with the disability of people, but the access of employers and society to people with disabilities is crucial as well. The changing labour market demands not only knowledge, but also certain skills and competences. This must be considered both in the preparation of students as well as in the preparation of their (future) teachers.
