Abstract

Příspěvek zazněl na odborné konferenci Pedagogické praxe: současné poznatky a perspektivy, v rámci kulatého stolu "Současnost a budoucnost mentoringu v českých školách". Obsahem jsou výsledky kvantitativní analýzy dotazníkových dat, které byly získány od účastníků v průběhu pojektu ICT nás baví CZ.1.07/1.3.00/51.0015 Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost. Prezentovaná jsou data, která se týkají působení mentorů v mentorské podpoře učitelů na základních školách. Dotazník vyplnilo 55 účastníků z celkových 71 mentorů působících v projektu. Výsledky prezentují způsob práce mentorů, témata, na kterých s učiteli spolpracovali a také jaké vzdělávací potřeby uvádí mentoři ve vztahu ke subjektivně vnímané kvalitě vlastní mentorské práce. Výsledky jou významné pro stanovování cílů v dalším profesním rozvoji mentorů ve vzdělávání, také v optimalizaci nastavování podmínek pro rozvoj interního a externího mentoringu ve školách.

Abstract (in English)

The paper was presented at the conference Pedagogical practice: current knowledge and perspectives, the round table "The Present and Future of mentoring in Czech schools." Contains the results of a quantitative analysis of questionnaire data obtained from participants during pojektu ICT is fun CZ.1.07 / March 1, 00 / 51.0015 Education for Competitiveness. Presented are data concerning the influence of mentors in the mentoring support for teachers in primary schools. The questionnaire was completed by 55 participants from a total of 71 mentors involved in the project. The results present a way to work mentors, topics on which teachers cooperation and also the educational needs of mentors in relation to the subjectively perceived quality of their own work mentoring. Results are important to set targets for continuing professional development mentors in education, also in optimizing the setting of conditions for the development of internal and external mentoring in schools.
