Abstract

Rána je ostré zranění, u kterého dochází k poškození kůže. Toto zranění se stane tupou silou - uzavřené rány nebo proražením - otevřené rány. Druhy otevřené rány jsou odtržení, punkce, penetrace, výstřel. V kapitole je popsán proces hojení ran a řízení chirurgické léčby, stejně tak i komplikace při hojení ran.

Abstract (in English)

Wound is a sharp injury which damage the skin . This injury happens by blunt force - closed wound or punctured - open wound. The types of open wound are avulsion, puncture, penetration, gunshot. Wound healing process and management of surgical treatment is described. Wound healing complications and their treatment, antibiotics profylaction and vacuum assisted closure are mentioned.
